PEPPERS

Sweet pepper is a very tasty and healthy vegetable. More than 1000 varieties are known with a different range of colors and shapes, but all of them are united by the presence in this vegetable of a large amount of vitamins C, A, B vitamins and folic acid. By using this healthy vegetable in our food, we help our body cope with fatigue, slow down the aging process, and maintain energy. My collection of peppers is replenished with new fruitful varieties every year.
