BICOLOR, TRICOLOR

Bicolors are masterpieces created by breeders who cross tomatoes of different colors. These tomatoes have multi-colored areas of 2 or 3 colors on the surface of the tomato and multi-colored flesh. Basically, the fruits are large (300-600 g), flat-round in shape (beefsteaks) or beautiful hearts, the pulp is sugary, juicy, and sweet. In terms of usefulness, they have dietary properties, because contain a minimal amount of acids and a high content of sugars, lycopene, and vitamins. Good for fresh use and salads, juices and preparations. All Bicolor varieties are practically early ripening, with smooth ripening, and very productive.
