An ancient variety from the USA with a rich history.  Indeterminate, powerful bush up to 2.0 m high. The fruits are flat-round, beefsteak-type, warm pink in color, all large in height of the bush, medium ripening, weighing 300-600 g. The pulp is fleshy, low-seeded, sweet with sourness, very tasty. Tomatoes for fresh consumption and for juices and salad preparations. It is better to form a bush with 1-2 stems.
