The Sergeant Pepper tomato variety is the result of the breeding work of Jason Heinz (Virginia, USA). To create it, the German Red Strawberry and Osu Blue varieties were crossed. ( Osu Blue). The variety turned out to be very beautiful and productive, popular and beloved. The breeder named this variety after the eighth album of the band The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Other breeders decided to continue the line of Sergeant varieties. And there are already new varieties that have become very popular and in demand.
